Tadalafil Daily is taken every day which provides an ongoing effect so you will be ready for sexual intercourse any time.

How does tadalafil work?

Tadalafil blocks the action of the naturally-occurring PDE5 enzyme. PDE5 is responsible for restricting blood flow to the penis. By blocking the action of PDE5, blood flow to the penis increases, therefore helping the patient obtain and maintain an erection.

For tadalafil to work, the patient must be sexually aroused or stimulated.

Tadalafil is indicated for use in men only to treat ED.

What is the difference between tadalafil and Cialis?

Cialis and tadalafil are the same medication. They both work the exact same way and are equally as effective. How do I take tadalafil?

Tadalafil should NOT be taken with other Erectile Dysfunction medication at the same time. This includes Spedra (avanafil), Viagra (sildenafil) and Levitra (vardenafil).

Can I drink alcohol with tadalafil?

Alcohol can make it more difficult to get an erection. It is not advisable to drink heavily before taking tadalafil.

Can I use recreational drugs with tadalafil?

The safety of tadalafil has not been tested with recreational drugs. When taken together, some recreational drugs like poppers (amyl nitrate) can have a dangerous effect on your heart.

Tadalafil is generally well tolerated and has fewer side effects compared to other similar drugs.Some common side effects of tadalafil include facial flushing, headaches and indigestion. These may occur in every 1 in 10 to 1 in 100 men.

Some people may also be allergic to the medication and come up with a skin rash, itching, swelling around the lips and face, difficulty breathing or swallowing. If this happens, stop the medication immediately and seek medical attention.
