Patient Confidentiality

Your medical data may be collected via our online medical questionnaires, telephone and web consultations, secure messaging as well as photographic assessments. None of our staff can access your medical data unless they are a health professional, or owe a similar duty of confidentiality.

How long your personal data will be kept
