Prescription and Non-prescription Medicines

For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refund on prescription and non-prescription medicines once they have left the pharmacy. We are unable to reuse medicines once they have left the pharmacy or if they are returned to us. We also do not accept any unwanted medication for disposal. You may contact your local pharmacy store or GP surgery to discuss disposal of any unwanted prescription or non-prescription medicines.

Cancellation of Orders

For orders of medication by post, you may cancel your order up until the point when your medication is dispatched. This can be done by emailing info@dosegb.com.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original card you paid with and will take approximately 5 to 7 working days for the funds to be credited back into your account, depending on your provider.

We will refund any postage paid on orders cancelled in full.
